One of the biggest changes to Joint Venture Jewelry, is we are no longer setting up our vast jewelry collection in our retail showcases. Working with clients at the showcases does not allow us to safely distance ourselves as well as makes it more difficult to keep our store, and the jewelry collection clean, safe, and sanitized. Instead, we ask you to browse our collection online before coming into our store. If you don't have time to do this ahead of time, no problem! We can discuss your wants, needs, and budget and pull items for you to shop. Or if you'd prefer to browse the collection with more details and photos, we have set up a tablet with our website at one of our appointment stations for you to browse comfortably. Once you make your selections we'll pull them for you to view and try on.

Making an appointment is not required but highly recommended. An appointment with one of our knowledgeable jewelry experts ensures you’ll get the individualized and safely socially distant attention required when making a jewelry purchase nowadays. Start by browsing our entire collection on our website. Using the My Wishlist feature you can start building a list of pieces to view during your appointment.
Next call, email, or schedule your appointment online. Let us know what you’re looking for. We’ll pull all the jewelry styles from your wishlist. A jewelry expert will also take time to hand-select other styles we think you’ll love. At your appointment, a member of our team will sit in one of our cozy appointment and freshly sanitized stations with a selection of options chosen just for you to view. During your one-on-one session, we’ll answer any questions you might have, as well as provide expert advice and suggestions to ensure you make the right decision.
