Purchases are eligible for exchange only when Joint Venture Jewelry is notified within the first 5 calendar days after delivery. Items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from purchase. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as it was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply call 919-678-0092 to obtain the RA# and then securely package your item(s).
Ship your item to the following address: Joint Venture: 12218 Bradford Green Square #141, Cary, NC 27519 and insure it for the total retail value.
IMPORTANT: Please do not put the word jewelry anywhere on the package.
