This is a very special couple, as they are family! Donna's nephew, Jacob, and his now fiance, Amel were lucky to have been gifted a pear-shaped diamond from his paternal Grandmother to use for his engagement ring. Amel and her sister came into the shop for a consultation to design her dream ring with Donna. Given that Amel's very active and loves yellow gold, the design took on a bit of a 1980s look! As we often say "what's old is new again!"
Jacob & Amel got engaged on July 17, 2021, after being together for over seven years. They met at The Pennsylvania State University while doing their undergraduate studies. Both are major ultimate frisbee players who have been selected to represent the US in multiple international tournaments. They are currently living in California, enjoying all that the west coast has to offer. They are getting married in the Bay Area on June 4, 2022!
